THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF STRATEGY OF INCREASING COMPETITIVENESS OF ORGANIZATION

Abstract
Existing theoretical approaches to the forging of the strategy of increasing the competitiveness of the organization are systematized in the article. The tools of the aforementioned theoretical approaches are analyzed. It is conclude that in conditions of high degree of turbulence of the environment and dynamic development of competitive scenarios in the global market, a formation of the strategy of increasing the competitiveness of the organization should be based on an integrated approach. Shown, that integration approach should be based on the interaction of all interested parties in the organization’s activities: clients, personnel, mediators, partners and competitors.
