THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO THE STRATEGIC ALLIANCES ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical aspects of companies strategic alliances. The analysis of scientific approaches to defining an essence of strategic alliances concept is done. The main features of strategic alliances are identified. The scope of the concept is determined by separating strategic alliances from other forms of companies’ cooperation.
