THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF INNOVATIVE AND INVESTMENT PROVISION IN THE MEAT MARKET FUNCTIONING

Abstract
Purpose. The research purpose is to substantiate the theoretical aspects of innovative and investment support for the meat market functioning. Methodology of research. In the research process, the following methods were used: monographic – in substantiating the issue relevance, the meat market formation on the innovative basis with the investment effective usage; abstract-logical – to determine the development steps and stages of innovations in livestock, which will ensure their development full effect, which is expressed in the meat additional receipt or in the unit costs reduction for its production. Findings. The synthesis of theoretical provisions and generalization of modern investment-innovative practices in the following areas is carried out: research and regulation of macroeconomic conditions for the implementation of public expanded reproduction and the investment and innovation activity conditions that ensure economic growth and socio-economic development; the models and mechanisms study of individual reproduction and investment behavior of individual business entities that ensure investment and innovation activities high effect. Originality. The criteria for determining the innovation development effectiveness are systematized: the novelty degree of development and compliance with the world level; production volumes increase; improvement of quality and ensuring environmental safety of products; labor productivity increase; competitiveness and creation growth of conditions for expanded reproduction of the industry. Practical value. The research results are aimed at solving the rational and efficient production problem of all meat types using the innovative and investment support system for the meat market and measures functioning, the implementation of which will ensure domestic demand for meat products and access to the international market.
