THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF LOGISTIC ACTIVITY IN THE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF NATIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract
The theoretical aspects of logistic activity in industrial complex of national economy are investigated in the article. The characteristic features of logistics in the economic activity of the industrial complex of the national macroeconomic environment are investigated and determined. It is substantiated that in the current conditions of development of the national industrial complex, logistics acts as an effective mechanism for optimizing existing costs and ensuring management efficiency at the appropriate levels. The basic approaches to the definition of logistic activity in the industrial complex of the national economy have been formed. The main components of the logistics system in the macroeconomic environment are distinguished. The factors that influence the effectiveness of the macrologistic system in the country's industry are identified. It is proved that the need to optimize the flow processes is associated with a significant increase in needs both in society and in the industrial sector, as well as in related fields, which is ensured by the penetration of aspects of logistics in the relevant sectors of the national economy. The methodological basis of the paper is the complex of methods, including methods of scientific cognition, analysis and synthesis, systematization and scientific abstraction. The information basis of the conducted researches is the scientific work of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of realization of market strategies in the subjects of the national economy. In today's conditions of development of industrial complex of national economy, logistics is considered as management technology in real macroeconomic environment, which relies on scientific approaches and principles of consistency, transparency and systematic nature. The logistics process is related to the solution of specific issues in the industrial complex, which are adjusted by time, demand and potential.The combination of individual structural segments, characterized by authenticity, permanent dynamics, centralization of actions, innovation and investment approaches, economic and legal orientation of internal and external relations in industry, the effectiveness of market mechanisms, is a macrologistic system of industrial complex, which is permeable . The process of adapting modern logistics systems to the requirements of the entities is based on the activity of transport, production, distribution units, which makes it possible to create optimal ways of movement of material and intangible flows. Practical importance of the system logistics and its structural elements is developed.
