THEORETICAL BASES OF MANAGEMENT FINANCIAL SAFETY OF ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article deals with the methodical principles of forming a mechanism for managing financial security of an enterprise. The urgency of the study of the processes of ensuring the financial security of the enterprise due to the fact that in the transition economies of the enterprise, which have a wide economic independence, faced with the need for fundamentally new approaches to ensuring their own financial security, which required radical transformation of the entire system of protection of financial interests. The problem of financial security of an enterprise requires a comprehensive approach. In connection with this, there is an urgent need for scientific and practical development of this problem, understanding the essence of the concepts of security in general and financial security including. In the process of establishing market relations, creating a legal basis for entrepreneurship, strengthening unfair competition and criminalizing individual segments of the economy, the main burden of these problems lay on businesses, which in many cases were not prepared for their decision. The company's financial security management system is an ordered set of interconnected elements that form a single functional integrity, designed to establish and maintain an optimal level of financial security. The coherence of the interaction of these elements depends to a large extent on the success and effectiveness of the operation of the financial security management system of the enterprise. The functions, methods and means of management of financial security of the enterprise are revealed. The main principles on which the financial security management system of the enterprise should be based are determined.
