Theoretical bases of the state-regulatory regulation of risks in the building industry

Abstract
In the article the research of the state-administrative methodology of risk management in the construction was conducted. The main types of risks in construction are highlighted. It is noted that the state, in the process of risk management in construction, should guarantee the protection of both domestic investment and external ones. This process should be ensured by improving the norms of domestic legislation, as well as their alignment with international standards. The attention is paid to the fact that to date, in order to get rid of the ineffective Soviet system of public administration in construction, it is necessary gradually to introduce the basic principles of decentralization in the industry.
