THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF GENDER-APPROACH TO PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical foundations of gender approach to future teacher’s professional training. Conservative system of education, which becomes an obstacle to solve gender problems, both in educational institutions and in society as a whole is emphasized. Based on the analysis of the development of gender approach in pedagogics, which is based on gender studies of social and humanitarian sciences, the existence of male and female constructs, is emphasized. It defines peculiarities of training of men and women system of values. Correlation between the concepts of “sex” and “gender” is examined. The necessity of gender approach to professional training of future teachers is substantiated.
