THEORETICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT IN TRANSACTION PROCCESS

Abstract
This article provides the characteristics of “risk” definition. Key stages of risk assessment are presented. The determination of risk and risk management is generalized by definitions used by Commission of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission in Enterprise Risk Management - Integrated Framework, ERM Standard ISO 31000 and FERMA standard. Enterprise risk management affects its attractiveness in the transaction process. Due diligence implementation process and its connection with the process of enterprise risk management is analyzed.
