Abstract
The article deals with the activities of Ukrainian teachers such as O. Markusа and T. Bugayko, who managed to contribute their personal contribution to the development of pedagogical science, focusing on the education of students by means of art of the word and the ability to organize the educational process in extra time. The emphasis is on the main works of teachers and their significance in the development of Ukrainian pedagogical thought.
