THEORETICAL PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In this article, the basic theoretical principles of management of international projects at the enterprise are considered. The essence of the concept of the international project is revealed. Differences in project management at the international and national levels are singled out. The main factors, which influence the efficiency of project management in other countries and practice principles of conducting international business, are analysed in the article. Such as: culture, economy, laws and government regulation and political environment. Also in the article, the classification of projects on various factors is considered and the forms of implementation of international projects are determined, their features are studied. Phases of realization of the international project and its cycle are revealed. The basic standards for projects and their documentation at the international level are shown. Advantages of international projects over other activities of the enterprise, which can be obtained from participation in international relations, are considered. And also conclusions are drawn on the analysed material.
