THEORETICAL PRINCIPLES OF PARTNERSHIP AND FEATURES OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION ON THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET

Abstract

In this research article, the importance of reliable partner base and specifics of its creating due to current national conditions are considered. The article considers the main geographical directions for international partnership based on analysis of Ukraine’s trade turnover structure for the last 7 years. In this work, the interdependence between enterprises’ international activity and macroeconomic indicators of development of the country is considered. The work contains a systematization of the interpretation of the concept of “partnership” by various scientists and the forms of the implementation of such relationships. The article substantiates the importance of managing partnership and considers the principles of its implementation. Based on the conducted research, the main difficulties of partner search for international business are determined and recommendations for their overcoming are given.
