THEORETICAL PRINCIPLES OF STATE REGULATION OF THE ORGANIZATION WAGES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the generalization of theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept of wage organization and the basic principles of state regulation. Wages are the main source of income for employees and the strongest motivating element in the development of the labor potential of the majority of the population. The lack of a systemic approach of the state to solving the problems of stimulating highly effective labor makes it impossible for economic growth, stabilization and improvement of living standards of the population
