Abstract
In the article the issues of determining the theoretical and methodological bases of formation of instruments of state regulation of organization of labor remuneration. Indicated some approaches to the essence of state regulation of economy and its projections on the individual influence vector in the system of social and labor relations. Systematic instruments of state institutions as the main determinants of the mechanism of state regulation of organization of labor remuneration.
