Theories of informatization as part of the theoretical basis of the processes of implementation of information and communication technologies

Abstract
The article describes a group of theories of informatization and shows their role in the implementation of ICT. In particular, in frames of these theories identified the features of information, post-industrial, super-industrial, single industrial and technetronic society. The content of the theory of computer democracy, and the positivist theory of morphogenesis is analyzed. An author's classification of group of information theories and concepts is present. Strengths and weaknesses of outlined theories are identified. Opportunities of discussed theories for improving existing today macro-information policy is highlighted.
