Abstract
Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) contribute much to local job security, agribusiness SMEs are even more important as they are responsible for food security too. Realising the importance of agribusiness SMEs, various entrepreneurial incentives are provided by policy makers. However, due to resource and knowledge constraint, they are facing high failure rate and sustainability issues. Lack of sector and scale specific study about business sustainability was found to be the reason for mishandled policy execution and adoption failure among agribusiness small firms.
