THIN FILM PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR CELLS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
Thin film photovoltaics is one of the fastest growing indus-trial field in the last few years. The development of the second and third generation of the solar cells is presented in this work, especially changes and a fast growing production of the thin film panels. All other thin film components which influenced the efficiency of solar panels are presented as well as the changes in substrates for thin film solar cell technology. The influence of the conductive transparent electrodes, passivation and antireflective films on efficiency of the solar panel is shown.<br/><br/>
