Thoughts on Infrastructure Planning of old residential district in HangZhou Take Parking and Greening demand for instance

Abstract
This paper focuses on the field research of old residential communities in Hangzhou city in order to in order to improve the infrastructure of the old district, explore the dilemma of parking and greening demand, and solve the problem of getting out of trouble, we investigated 5 old residential areas within the scope of Hangzhou City. The ratio of parking place and the value of virescence are assessed as the main factors affecting the problem of the “Game between Parking and Virescence” throughout the non parametric test of software SPSS. Meanwhile, the conclusion can be drawn that the parking gap ratio of old residential community is very high, the social attribute of respondents doesn’t affect the awareness of “Game between Parking and Virescence” a lot, and the stock of parking places and virescence in residential community is becoming the significant influence factor of the “Game between Parking and Virescence” by using Logistic regression equation to establish cognitive model. Therefore, this paper puts forward some basic ideas to get rid of poverty, which is land integration and exchange, intelligent management and three-dimensional virescence.
