THREATS AND HAZARDS OF INEFFECTIVE ACTIONS OF INSURANCE AND REINSURANCE FOR THE UKRAINIAN ECONOMY AND SOCIAL PROTECTION

Abstract
Equally important in stabilizing financial markets and ensuring the economic development of Ukraine's economy should be given to reforming the social security system in Ukraine. Important in this process should be given to changing the system of social protection and social security of the population that has implemented mechanisms involving commercial insurance and reinsurance, as key indicators of living standards Ukraine are those that do not meet EU standards. The main mechanism that could significantly improve social protection is the development of commercial insurance, especially personal endowment insurance development in its various fields. In the advanced economies is quite developed system of commercial insurance, which indicates the close relationship between social costs society and ensure effective protection of the population through the efficient development of long-term commercial life insurance in all its forms, because commercial insurance is able to improve the state social standards removing the burden on the state budget.
