Time Limits for the Existence of Legal Norms

Abstract
Argues that while the existence of legal norms is not identical to the time of her life, and covers a longer period of time. We analyze the lifetime of a normative legal act and asserted that it should allocate a few steps, chief among which is the life of a normative legal act.
