Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Dengan Kepatuhan Ibu Dalam Penerapan Terapi Diet GFCF (Gluten Free Casein Free) Pada Anak Penyandang Autisme Di Yayasan Mutiara Kasih Trenggalek

Abstract
Pengetahuan berkaita erat dengan keberhasilan manusia dalam mematuhi suatu tujuan. Pegetahuan dan kepatuhan tentang terapi diet GFCF (Gluten Free Casein Free) sangatlah penting bagi orangtua dengan anak autis. Terapi diet GFCF (Gluten Free Casein Free) bertujuan untuk mengurangi gejala autism dan hiperaktifitas anak.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu dengan kepatuhan ibu dalam penerapan terapi diet GFCF (Gluten Free Casein Free) di Yayasan Mutiara Kasih Trenggalek.Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan instrumen lembar kuesioner. Populasi adalah semua ibu yang memiliki anak penderita autis di Yayasan Mutiara Kasih Trenggalek sebanyak 32 orang. Besar sampel sebanyak 32 dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling, sedangkan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel digunakan uji chi-square dengan taraf signifikan 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar (40,6%) pengetahuan responden dalam kategori kurang dan sebagian besar (58,8%) kepatuhan responden dalam kategori tidak patuh. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa nilai p value = 0,059 > 0,05. Berarti tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan kepatuhan ibu dalam penerapan terapi diet GFCF (Gluten Free Casein Free) pada anak autis. Kepatuhan ibu dalam penerapan terapi diet GFCF (Gluten Free Casein Free) tidak ada hubungan degan pengetahuan. Hal ini teradi karena beberapa faktor yaitu life style orangtua, sikap anak, dan kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang pemilihan jenis makanan, sehingga banyak ibu yang tidak patuh dengan terapi. Penerapan terapi GFCF akan memberikan hasil yang maksimal apabila dilakukan dengan pengetahuan yang baik, patuh, dan mendapatkan pengawasan baik dari orangtua dan tim kesehatan
