Title: Investigation of related factors to satisfying electronic learners in virtual training of Iranian universities

Abstract

Today factors such as technological advances, increasing demand in education especially from jobholders as well as emerged changes in educational patterns have made electronic learning, be known as an effective method in higher education. In spite of their vast investments, there are numerous universities which have faced some sort of defeats and failed to reach students full satisfaction, So in this study, we examined the relationship of components: learner interface, learning community, personalization and content whit satisfaction. Population study is the students of K.N.Toosi university of Technology, Amirkabir University of Technology, Iran University of science and Technology. Estimated sample size is 541 persons. Because the data collected by interval scale, Pearson correlation coefficient was used for determining variables relation. In order to achieve the required data to test the hypothesis, questionnaire distributed, to analyze the data, SPSS 18 software was used, and significant level was considered p‹0.05. After the final analysis derived from the questionnaire, following conclusions was reached: learner interface has the largest relation to satisfaction, afterward learning community, personalization and content are respectively in the next places.
