Conclusion: Early onset sepsis was found to be the most common etiology of febrile thrombocytopenia among pediatric age group. After fever, the most common clinical manifestation was chills and rigor; and icterus. Most common bleeding manifestation was petechiae commonly seen in cases with severe thrombocytopenia.
