Abstract
The article is dedicated to the 115 birth anniversary of Stepan Gzhytsky, a prominent Ukrainian biochemist, founder of the Lviv School of Farm Biochemistry, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Doctor of Biology, Professor, Academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, corresponding member of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Honored Scientist of Ukraine, member of the Ukrainian Biochemical Society, T. Shevchenko Scientific Society, “Knowledge” Society, an honorary member of the USA and Canada Association of Ukrainian Doctors.
