TO THE ISSUE FOR RESEARCH AND SUBSTANTIATION THE PARAMETERS OF THE PNEUMATIC SOWING APPARATUS FOR EXACT SOWING SEEDS OF PEANUT

Abstract
The article proposes a scheme for calculating the various operation conditions of a pneumomechanical planter in accordance with physical and mechanical properties of seeds and agrotechnical specifications for planting seeds of different cultivated agricultural crops. To substantiate the basic design and operating parameters of a pneumatic sowing apparatus for an exact planting seeds of peanut, as well as seeds of, the kinematic scheme of transfer the movement from a support-driving wheel of a pneumomechanical planter to a sowing disk of the apparatus was chosen. On basis of the calculated data the nomogram for adjust pneumomechanical planter to planting in a predetermined pattern. Calculations have shown that possible velocity of planting unit, which used in practice, account the data received by the nomogram, provide the sowing apparatus work in such kinematic conditions that do not exceed the permissible angular velocity of rotation of the sowing disc.
