TO THE ISSUE OF THE CONCEPT OF MEDICAL SERVICE

Abstract
In the article, the author analyzes the concept of medical service and generalizes the main issues concerning the legal nature of medical services. The definition of medical service and its classification are given as well as the generic and species characteristics of such services.
