TO THE PROBLEM OF GENESIS OF CRIMES AGAINST THE BASIS OF NATIONAL SECURITY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the analysis of the criminal law the criminal liability of its development process for crimes against national security frameworks in pre-Soviet Russia and Ukraine, in the first years of Soviet power, and before the adoption of the criminal law in 1960 investigated the experience of past eras in terms of protection of national security, as well as made attempt to establish patterns of development of the institute of criminal liability for crimes against the state.
