TO THE QUESTION OF ADENOMYOSIS THERAPY IN WOMEN OF FERTILE AGE: EFFICACY OF DIENOGESTI IN COMPARISON WITH PROGESTERONE

Abstract
Complex examination was performed according to the current recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, and 61 patients of reproductive age with confirmed hysteroscopy and pathologist diagnosis of adenomyosis of stages I-III were treated. The article presents the experience of the use of the fourth generation progestogen, which contains 2 mg of dienogest compared with progesterone for the treatment of adenomyosis. The obtained results of clinical research indicate a higher efficacy and a small number of side effects when administering a fourth-generation progestogen containing 2 mg of dienogest compared with progesterone in the treatment of adenomyosis in patients of reproductive age.
