TO THE QUESTION OF APPLYING A POPULAR LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article investigates the issue of the introduction of the popular legislative initiative in the legal system of Ukraine. Analyzes the condition and perspectives of legal regulation of the popular legislative initiative in Ukraine. Practical recommendations concerning financial control of the popular legislative initiatives in Ukraine were established. Emphasized the importance of practical introduction of e-voting in the implementation of the people’s will in Ukraine. The proposals to adopt the law “On the Popular Legislative Initiative”, introduce changes and additions to the Constitution of Ukraine, laws “On Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”, “On Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”, the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine have been determined.
