Abstract
The article is devoted to research of forms of procedural activity of the specialist. The author focuses on the analysis of the norms of the current civil procedural legislation on the legal regulation of certain forms of procedural activities of a specialist. The article contains suggestions on the list of forms of procedural activity of a specialist.
