To the question of expanding the powers of the State Service of Ukraine on labour issues

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the activity of bodies of state supervision and control over observance of labour legislation, which is aimed at protecting the labor rights and interests of employees and employers, the implementation of which the bodies have been warned and identify labour violations, in the cases provided for by law to bring those responsible to justice. The research of legal categories “protection of labour rights”, “safeguard of labour rights”, “sanctions in labour law” is conducted. It is emphasized that the issue of human rights has gained worldwide importance, and the world of work is especially felt her exacerbation, increasing the importance of state supervision and control over observance of labour legislation as a form of jurisdictional protection of labour rights.
