TO THE QUESTION OF MOVEMENT OF PERSONAL TRANSPORT WITHIN TRANSIT CUSTOMS REGIME

Abstract
The article deals with problematic issues of personal vehicles movement to/from the customs territory of Ukraine in the customs transit regime. In particular, the customs legislation and the judicial practice that concerns the bringing to administrative responsibility for failure to fulfill the obligation to export a personal vehicle from the customs territory of Ukraine due to violation of the transit time are analyzed. The ways of solution the problems to ensure the implementation of the principles of administrative responsibility are proposed.
