Abstract
On the basis of theoretical and legal sources the question ofownership to the new created property. Was disclosed the contents of the contract for which acquired ownership. Analyzed national legislation which forms the basis for state registration of rights. Been analyzed some issues such categories as "a systemic a folder of builder". Was proposed separate provisions for the improvement of legislation in the state registration of rights.
