Abstract
The article considers issues of contracts’ conclusion with employees of institutions of culture, in particular the peculiarities of contract form of heads’ working of state and communal institutions of culture are analyzed. The peculiarity of contracts’ conclusion with employees of institutions of culture of state and communal form of property consists in their special function, in particular the contract as a special form of employment agreement regulates not only labor relations, but also the sphere of cultural and artistic activities.
