Abstract
In the articlewere defined the concepts and was analyzed the substance of secret investigative (detective) acts conducting. There were examined the directions of such results usage incriminal procedure of Ukraine.It was noticed that some norms of CCP of Ukraine concerning the results of secret investigative (detective) acts usage were constructed inconsistently.
