TO THE QUESTIONNAIRE OF LEGAL STATUS OF EMPLOYEES, WHO COME TO WORK WITH EDUCATION

Abstract
The article investigates the legal status of employees who combine work with study. It is concluded that employees who combine work and studies with a special legal status, the contents of which are combined status of worker and student. This combination, which is the basic status of the employee, possibly due to the system of guarantees and compensations provided by the employee, combining work with study.
