TO THE QUESTIONNAIRE OF THE LAND SETTLEMENTS REGULATORY MONETARY VALUATION AS ELEMENT OF LAND MANAGEMENT ECONOMIC MECHANISM

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the land management economic mechanism and the role of regulatory monetary value in it is substantiated. The article analyzes the influence of rent-forming factors on the indicators of land settlements regulatory monetary valuation depending on their administrative status, area, and population size. Proposals for improving the calculation of regulatory monetary valuation of settlements have been developed. In particular, the necessity of changing methodological approaches to determining the regional coefficient and the base value of land is substantiated.
