Tool mechanism of the rent regulation in the process of the agrosphere land resources use and reproduction

Abstract
This article deals with the rental adjustment mechanism tools in the process of use and reproduction of the agrosphere land resources, based on stable interconnection between targets and instruments of regulation. It was found that a set of mechanism instruments of the rental regulation includes tools of a system and private nature, with common methodological basis of the powerful influence. The author defines the essence of the rental regulation in the use and reproduction of the agrosphere land resources.
