TOOLS SUPPORTING SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL AREAS

Abstract
Revealed that the current state of rural development Ukraine and, consequently, agricultural production remains at a sufficiently low level. State regulation of socio-economic development of rural areas is a form of government and local governments, which finds its expression in the adoption of appropriate regulations, concepts, strategies and programs aimed at addressing socio-economic problems of rural areas. In the world of active state regulation is an important element to ensure the development of rural areas. Solving the problem of the agricultural sector, rural prosperity and sustainable use of natural resources is possible only if a compre-hensive approach to solving them. And this will happen only if the allocation of rural areas as a separate object of economic policy.
