Top of the most dangerous food parasites

Abstract

The article gives a complete characterization of parasitic diseases, such as ascariasis and trypanosomiasis. According to the rating of the risk of food contamination by parasites, which was published by the World Health Organization and the Food Agriculture Organization in 2014, these parasitoses take place 9 and 10. We give a historical overview of these diseases, as well as features of pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment.
