Topical issues of legal regulation of the measures to preserve evidence in cases of corruption administrative offences

Abstract
The article is devoted to highlighting current issues of legal regulation of measures to ensure evidence in cases on corruption administrative offences. The proposals to improve legal regulation of such events by making changes to the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences and other normative-legal acts are proposed.
