Torakal 1-2 Disk Herniasyonu : Olgu Sunumu

Abstract
Üst torakal disk herniasyonu nadir görülür. Lateral yerleşimli T1-2 disk herniasyonu özellikle C8 radikülopati ile klinik olarak benzerlik gösterir. Nörolojik bakıda dikkat edilecek detaylar ve bunların ışığında istenilecek radyolojik tetkikler ile tanısı rahatlıkla konulabilir. Biz bu olgu sunumuzda boyun, sırt ve sol kol ağrısı olan 63 yaşında bir kadın hastayı sunmaktayız. Daha önce bir başka merkezde değerlendirilen hastaya servikal dar kanal tanısı konulmuştur. Hastanın yeniden yapılan nörolojik değerlendirme ve radyolojik tetkikleri sonucunda T 1-2 disk hernisi tanısı koyularak cerrahi tedavi uygulanmıştır.
