Toy Model of Spinning Quantum Cosmology
Journal Title: Physical Science International Journal - Year 2017, Vol 15, Issue 4
Abstract
In this paper, we show one theoretical possibility for cosmic rotation. We would like to appeal that: 1) Spin is a basic property of quantum mechanics and a globally rotating universe is consistent with general relativity and quantum gravity. 2) As physical understanding and physical evidence of dark energy is very poor, it is better to search for alternative concepts. 3) With reference to the well established 70% dark energy, it is possible to have a ‘concrete’ theory of cosmic rotation. In this toy model: at and K, 1) Estimated current ordinary matter density is 0.04341 and corresponding cosmic radius and maximum expansion velocity are: 29 Gpc and respectively. 2) Current cosmic rotational kinetic energy density is 0.667 . We would like to emphasize that dark energy can be identified with cosmic rotational kinetic energy. Our toy model is coherent in connecting most of the cosmic physical parameters and one very interesting point to be noted is that, it is one ‘inflation free’ model. With further study, a unified model of quantum cosmology can be developed with and without inflation.

Energy Evaluation and Qualitative Analysis of Biogas Produced from Co-Digesting Kitchen Waste and Cow Dung
Anaerobic digestion is an effective method for organic pollution reduction and bio-energy production and has increasing applications worldwide. Produced biogas consists mainly of 50–70% methane (CH4) and 30–50% carbon di...
Geophysical Evaluation of a Landfill Site in Ikpoba Okhia Local Government Area, Edo State, Nigeria
Electrical resistivity tomography (ERT) technique has been used in this research to evaluate the contamination zones at a dumpsite in Benin City. Three electrical resistivity profiles were established for the purpose of...
Temporal Variations in Ambient Carbon Monoxide Concentrations between Weekdays and Weekends in Akure Central Business District, South West Nigeria
The temporal variations in ambient carbon monoxide (CO) concentration has been investigated between weekdays and weekends through the analysis of a year-long measurement data between March 2009 - February 2010 taken at t...
Dumpsite Characterisation in Ekpoma from Integrated Surface Geophysical Methods
Foreseeable consequences of the practice of solid waste disposal in landfills are gas and leachate generation due primarily to microbial decomposition, climatic conditions and refuse characteristics. Hence, this paper pr...
Jeans Instability of Self-gravitating Porous Medium under the Effect of Electron Plasma Frequency and Coriolis Force
This paper deals with the theoretical investigation of the combined effect of electron plasma frequency and Coriolis force on the hydromagnetic waves through a self gravitating porous medium in the presence of fine dust...
