Abstract
Artykuł nie zawiera abstraktu w języku polskim. A cooperative bank as an institution of the cooperative sector operates in both economic and social dimension. A limited participation of the cooperative dimension of such institutions is due to legal regulations, however, only the bank can decide about taking into account the actual identity of the co-operative. The purpose of the study became a co-operative identity analysis of Polish cooperative banks and to examine the perception of cooperative identity in cooperative banks based on a survey of headquarters staff of the selected bank. Based on a survey of employees there was found a good knowledge about the characteristics and limitation of activities resulting from the cooperative legal form.
