Training Labor in Manufacturing: Retrospective Analysis and Evaluation of Current Trends

Abstract
The article describes and summarizes the main directions of development of the professional training system in Ukraine in the XIX-XX century, the assessment of historical experience and current trends. Investigated the formation, development and peculiarities of state regulation and activities of vocational education at different stages of historical development on the basis of the analysis of philosophical, historical, pedagogical, political, economic literature, which was light for more than a hundred years. In article on the basis of generalization of scientific views on the issues of vocational education and to ensure the quality of the workforce, the necessity of professional training. Defined modern problems of vocational training trades, recommendations for the development of vocational education without interrupting their work, the proposed directions of improvement of the state management system of vocational training.
