TRAINING MANAGERS EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF MODERN SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

Abstract

In the article analyzed and systematized doctoral research on the problem of training of managers of education in higher education establishments, disclosed specifics of training managers of education in modern conditions. The problem of special training of managers of education in higher education establishments is very crucial. Training should be directed to the formation of personality, which is capable to fruitfull administrative work in modern conditions. Modernization of higher pedagogical education in the context of globalization, integration and socio-cultural processes in society determines the need for a comprehensive study of training future managers of education with risk management in schools Vocational training of managers of education - a purposeful process of professional development, which provides for the formation of significant management activity knowledge, practical skills, as well as professionally important personal qualities sufficient to successfully perform job duties. Found that the majority of dissertation research focused on the formation of preparedness of managers of education to management activity on the basis of competence approach. The analysis of scientific literature and dissertations showed that the problem of risk management in the school was not the subject of study special education training managers. In management practice managers of education should be able to identify potential risks in modern conditions. They should be able to take into account various internal and external factors, difficulties and problems; to estimate the possible impact of the risk and take appropriate action.
