TRAINING OF FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS TO FORMATION OF CIVIL COMPETENCE OF YOUNGER STUDENTS

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of primary school teachers' training to form civil competence of primary school students. The definitions of concepts "civic education" and "civil competence" have been given. The analysis of the training program "I am in the world", during which the formation of civil competence of primary school students is held, has been presented. The theoretical and practical stages of future primary school teachers’ training to the formation of civil competence have been isolated and characterized. The basic components (contents, procedure, evaluation) have been analyzed. The urgency and necessity of the study of the problem, because of its extraordinary relevance in modern primary education, have been proved.
