TRANSFORMATION OF ECONOMIC INSTITUTIONS AND ITS FEATURES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In this research we present the results of study of common features of the institutional transformation in Ukraine and features of transformation of key institutions in modern model of market economy, such as property rights, entre-preneurship, competition and public administration. The theoretical base of research is analysis of points of view of foreign and national scientists on the category «institution», reasons, character, and possible consequences of institu-tional changes. The purpose of research is definition of character traits of transformation of national economy institu-tions, obstacles to ensuring of their effectiveness and substantiation of prospective directions of their improvement
