TRANSFORMATION OF EDUCATION’S CONTENT AS ECONOMIC INDUSTRY IN XXI CENTURE

Abstract
The article deals with the main approaches to the definition of “skills and abilities of the XXI century”, which should be typical of workers in the near future. The possible influence of future trends of technological development on the content of education as an industry is analyzed. The influence of the main groups of skills and abilities on the formation of the necessary characteristics of the labor force is described. The necessary skills which will ensure fast adaptability to the conditions of both present and the near future are defined. The characteristics of the workforce needed to ensure economic development are considered as well.
