TRANSFORMATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF OWNERSHIP PATTERNS

Abstract

The article summarizes the main theoretical and methodological studies of the theory of formation and development of organizational culture and its importance in practical management. An attention is drawn to the methodological approaches of foreign and domestic specialists to the socio-economic aspects of organizational culture and their relevance in modern conditions. The place and role of property in the psychological behaviour of the main carrier of organizational culture – the person – are determined. The main emphasis is placed on the problems of development, improvement and changes in the organizational culture under the influence of various forms of management and forms of ownership. Also, historical comparisons of the modern organizational culture with the command and administrative culture of the twentieth century are given.
