Automation will become a key factor for telecommunications companies in achieving competitive differentiation in an increasingly saturated market. Whether they focus on providing exceptional connectivity or they seek to offer new solutions that go beyond connectivity, telecommunications companies will have to implement more automation into their networks and maintenance operations to cope with declining revenue from network commercialization
